byBrick Tech is growing! Right now we are looking to expand our tech recruitment-team with a Junior recruiter.

We are looking for you!

You are a social and responsible person with a good blend of heart, ambition, and energy. A team-player, through and through.

You will work closely with Tobias Carlsson, head of Recruitment, but also in collaboration with our Sales team, our CTO and group CEO:s.

Your focus will be on finding and being our first point of contact with byBrick Tech:s future employees. This will mainly be done through search and a bit of networking. You will also be administering your recruitment processes from start to finish to keep the candidate experience as good as possible.

Skills we look for

As part of our recruitment team you will have an onboarding process where you get to learn from an experienced IT-recruiter. Previous knowledge in IT or recruitment is not a requirement.

Need to have:

- Bachelor's degree in human resources, IT, or similar.

- Fluency in English and Swedish.

Nice to have:

- Previous experience in search and recruitment.

- Previous knowledge in IT/tech.

- Previous experience in marketing/Sales/HR-related work.
